Our client on Elm saw a wonderful opportunity to turn their nearly 100-year-old home into a contemporary dwelling. Side by side we were able to work together to give life to their vision of an open concept main floor that leads into an inviting modern kitchen. A main structural wall was removed and a new enlarged window and sliding rear doors flooded the area with natural light. A supporting beam encapsulated with reclaimed lumber, new lighting throughout and a new powder room made their entire main floor the perfect area to host friends and family.
Being an older home we came across a fair share of surprises but we worked hand in hand with our client providing various solutions to unforeseen issues. The final result left a very happy client that continually refers business to us, for which we will be ever grateful.
